In 2005, she graduated in the economics of international trade and European integration at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague, and also studied European studies and business finance at Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom and the University of Antwerp.

She started her career as a television reporter at TV3, where she focused on economic reporting. She then moved to the CzechTrade agency, where she worked as director of public communications. During the floods in 2002, she led the CzechTrade flood center and Impuls radio. In 2005, she became an economic editor at Czech Television. She moderated various shows, interviewed, for example, the head of Microsoft Steve Ballmer or philanthropist George Soros. Today, he moderates professional discussions for media such as Economia, Czech News Center, as well as industry associations, such as the annual Aspen Institute CE conference Where is Czechia going?

Mika spent most of his career at Tekes and Business Finland, mostly in positions related to business-research cooperation, including international activities related to the EU and bilateral cooperation with other national funding agencies. Mika is a construction engineer by education and was also responsible for innovative activities related to construction and smart cities.

As a member of the senior executive team, he contributed to HB Reavis achieving the rank of number one in Europe for the largest office development pipeline in 2020 and for having the strongest office development brand in 2020 and 2021.

David Nath is a partner and director of hospitality for Central and Eastern Europe. He has more than 17 years of experience in hotel real estate. David leads a team of experts and consultants dedicated to consulting in the field of hotel investments, valuation of hotel real estate and consulting in the field of hotel development and asset management. David has also served in the leadership position of the real estate investment fund Keystone Hospitality Fund in Luxembourg and in the senior management of an international hotel operating and investment company focusing on hotel construction and operations in Central and Eastern Europe. He is an experienced property professional with over 20 years' experience and a diverse background providing a wide range of advice within all property sectors. Fraser Watson has lived in Prague since 2007 and has been a Director in Savills’ Prague office for six years. Originally joining Savills as Head of Valuation, Fraser has spent the past five years in the Investment team, providing disposal, acquisition and consultancy advisory services to clients across all property sectors in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In December 2023, Fraser was appointed as Head of Investment. Prior to Savills, he worked for Sports Direct in the position of Head of Real Estate Europe, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the business expansion strategy in their 16 operating markets across Europe. He studied Estate Management at the University of Central England in Birmingham and qualified as MRICS in 2006.
