  • remspace a.s. as the controller of personal data, which will be provided to him by you as the subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “subject”) on the basis of the negotiation of the conclusion of the contract and the fulfillment of the concluded contract, undertakes to process this personal data in accordance with legal regulations, in particular with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data).
  • Information related to the processing of personal data of the subject of personal data by their administrator

  • Personal data processed:
  • the controller processes personal data provided by the entity itself;
  • the administrator processes the subject’s personal data provided by a third party, e.g. when ordering the subject’s participation in a seminar (discussion meeting) organized by the administrator by a third party as the client. In that case, the customer is obliged to inform the entity and ensure its agreement with these terms of personal data protection;
  • the administrator processes the personal data of a third party provided by the subject, e.g. when transferring the rights and obligations of the subject from the concluded contract to this third party. In that case, the entity is obliged to inform the third party and ensure their agreement to these terms of personal data protection;
  •  information about the subject’s visit to the administrator’s website.
    • Legal basis for processing:
  • agreement on the subject’s participation in a seminar (discussion meeting) organized by the administrator. The provision of personal data is an obligation of the subject arising from this contract;
  • legitimate interests of the controller;
  • consent of the subject in the case of sending commercial messages (via e-mail or SMS message) and telemarketing.
    • Purpose of processing:
  • conclusion of the contract between the administrator and the entity;
  • fulfillment of the contract concluded between the administrator and the entity;
  • presentation of the seminar (discussion meeting) on ​​the administrator’s website;
  • improvement of services and their offer by the administrator;
  •  exercise of rights and legal claims of the administrator and control by public authorities;
  • sending business messages (via e-mail or SMS message) and telemarketing to the subject based on his consent
    • Recipients of personal data:
  • lecturers, moderators and other participants of seminars (discussion meetings) organized by the administrator;
  •  visitors to the administrator’s website;
  • maintenance providers of the administrator’s information system;
  • the administrator’s accounting preparers;
  • the administrator’s legal and tax advisors;
  • public authorities (e.g. courts, administrative bodies);
  • other recipients according to the needs and instructions of the subject (e.g. Česká pošta s.p., courier service);
  • in the case of sending business messages (via e-mail or SMS message) and telemarketing, the administrator may use a third party, which will comply with the principles of personal data processing in accordance with the cited Regulation and process personal data according to the instructions of the administrator, and who will be bound by the obligation of confidentiality and the obligation not to use transferred personal data for no other purpose. Such beneficiaries are currently:
    • Elastic Email Inc. as the operator of the “Elastic Email” service accessible at the web address elasticemal.com, operated from Canada, which the controller of personal data uses to send commercial communications via e-mail messages. Administrators password protect access to email addresses stored in Elastic Email;
    • partners of seminars (discussion meetings) organized by the personal data controller, who can send personal data subjects service offers related to their participation in these seminars (discussion meetings).
      • Personal data processing time:
      • Personal data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship on the basis of the concluded contract, and after its termination, they will be handled in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data).
      • In the case of the subject’s consent to the sending of business communications (via e-mail or SMS message) and telemarketing, personal data will be processed for the duration of the legal existence of the administrator
      • Rights of the subject:
      • The right of access to personal data means that the subject has the right to obtain information from the controller about whether it is processing its personal data and, if so, what data it is and how it is processed. The subject also has the right to have the administrator correct inaccurate personal data concerning him at his request without undue delay. The entity has the right to complete incomplete personal data at any time.
      • The right to erasure of personal data represents, in other words, the administrator’s obligation to delete the personal data it processes about the subject, if certain conditions are met and the subject requests it. However, the deletion will not affect the data on the documents that the administrator must keep by law (e.g. tax documents).
      • The subject has the right to have the administrator limit the processing of his personal data in certain cases. The subject has the right to object at any time to processing that is based on the legitimate interests of the administrator, a third party, or is necessary to fulfill a task performed in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority.
      • The right to data portability gives the subject the possibility to obtain the personal data he has provided to the controller in a common and machine-readable format. He can then transfer this data to another administrator or, if technically possible, request that the administrators transfer it to each other.
      •  The entity has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending business communications (via e-mail or SMS message) and telemarketing at any time.
      • If the subject is in any way dissatisfied with the processing of his personal data carried out by the administrator, he can file a complaint directly with him or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
